December Empties 2015

UThis is my first empties post! I can't believe that I haven't done one of these before. I find it interesting seeing what people have enjoyed so they actually finish something off lol. If i tend to not like something, I either just give it away or put it on the shelf and never use it.. I get a feeling of excitement when I have used something up.

First few things are some items from Lush! Lush is my all time favourite shop, literally, I could spend all day in there smelling the bath bombs, testing stuff out!

Cup O' Coffee Face and Body Mask - If you're a coffee lover like me, then you'll love the smell of this. Smells exactly like strong black coffee. This is a mask which doesn't need to be stored in the fridge as it lasts around 3 months. The grains of coffee are great, they remove dead skins, but also leave my skin feeling soft and refreshed afterwards. It is slightly more harsh than most of their other masks.

Santa's Lip Scrub -  I love Lush lip scrubs, this is my second pot. I loved this product, it's great to remove dead skin on the lips and also to moisturize them as it has jojoba oil in it. Especially in Winter when your lips can get dry and flaky, just grab a tiny bit of this and BAM, your lips are kissable! The best part about this is that it's edible as it's just sugar! So I always lick off the excess, it tasts like yummy coca cola.

Celebrate Body Lotion Sample - I frequently make orders with Lush online, so when I got given this sample in my parcel I was very intrigued. This lotion goes such a long way, you need the tiniest bit! It shares it's scent with the Golden Wonder bath bomb which is called the Celebrate scent. I absolutely loved this lotion that much that I grabbed one in the Boxing Day sale.

The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel - This shower gel amazed me! As I'm a big lush fan, I always kind of ignored other body care shops. This shower gel is amazing, the scent is beautiful,  just like fresh strawberries. It lathers up so well so you only need a little amount to wash your whole body, the scent stays on me throughout my whole shower and even when I'm out. Everyone knows when I've used it as the scent even stays in the bathroom for hours, no lie!

Gatineau Eye Make up Remover - Besides from Garnier Micellar Cleanser, this is hands down the best make up remover I've tried. My eyes can be known to be sensitive as I wear glasses all day, but this helps cool my eyes down after a long day while removing my make up at the same time. It is a very gentle remover. This big bottle lasted me ages and I'm gutted that I've ran out.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash - So many people have raved about this face wash, yeah it has a nice colour, yeah it smells nice, but is it as good as people really say? I decided to buy it and try it out. Ok, I have to agree! After using this daily in my shower, my skin always feels so clean and refreshed afterwards. The grapefruit scent is very uplifting so great for early morning starts. This bottle lasted me about 3 months while using it every day, one pump goes a long way. I will definitely buy another bottle of this.

Christmas Tag!

Hello everyone, long time no post. Today I am going to be doing a Christmas tag because why not? It's December now and Christmas is exciting! Enjoy :-)

1. What is your favourite Christmas Movie/s?
I honestly don't want many films, I am more of a TV series kind of girl. But one movie I always love to watch around Christmas time is Home Alone! Those films are the best!

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?

Christmas Morning of course, who the hell would open on Christmas Eve? My family have always stuck to Christmas morning, I feel like it is more special that way.

3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?

I think there is always special memories every Christmas, nothing really stands out to me if I am totally honest.

4. Favourite festive food?

Apart from the obvious chocolate, pigs in blankets! If you don't know what they are, they're mini sausages wrapped in bacon. Omg, so yummy!

5. Favourite Christmas gift ?

Every gift I receive I am very grateful for. But when I was around 8/9 I was obsessed with Donkeys, my parents then adopted 2 donkeys for me! I used to get updates through the post about how they were doing. They were called Dancer and Prancer. I still have all the paperwork. That was my favourite present.

6. Favourite Christmas scent?
I like the smell of Christmas baking, even though I don't like things like Christmas pudding or mince pies? Weird.

7. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?

Every year, my mum cooks us all bacon sandwiches for breakfast(along side chocolate) lol.

8. What tops your tree?
 A cute little angel.
9. As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?
I honestly don't think I ever asked for anything crazy or wild, but I always asked for a pet dog lol. I never got one, my parents were never bothered about getting a pet, but they finally caved in last year and we got a puppy Miniature Schnauzer in October, named Bruno!
10. What’s the best part about Christmas for you?
Spending time with family, giving/receiving gifts, the snow(which is rare), I love the whole build up to Christmas, and oh, CHRISTMAS SONGS!

My Autumn Essentials

Hi everyone!

Today I'm writing about my Autumn make up essentials, I have only choosen a few as I could honestly go on and on..

Naked 2 - This palette is Autumn in a palette. Loads of gorgeous browns and golds perfect for this season. Even some glittery ones would be great for Christmas.
Rimmel 107 Kate Moss - The most gorgeous raved about lipstick ever around this time of the year. This lipstick would look great on any skintone, it's a dark berry red.
Tanya Burr Riding Hood - Another lovely dark berry colour, but for the nails! Nails are one thing that I always notice on someone, a colour anyone could rock. Especially those with long nails.
Rimmel Stay Matte: I don't like to look shiny in Autumn, prefer to keep my skin looking matte. This does the job nicely.
Makeup Revolution Contour Palette: A bronzer, highlighter and blush in one compact palette? Yes please.
